It's Frome Town On Wednesday Evening

Hereford FC are back on the road this Wednesday with a trip to Frome Town, another new ground for most supporters.

Yet it's only three years since a Hereford team played at the Blindmans Brewery Stadium.

At that time Tommy Agombar and Andy Lonsdale were in charge.

Hereford won the game, played on November 22nd 2014, 3-1 but the organisation was pretty chaotic.

Not for the first time this season there appeared to be some sort of a problem with the Hereford kit as the numbers of the back of several players didn't correspond with the team sheet and when Yafai went off Sullivan, who took his place, was wearing a shirt with the same number on it.

Later when Bobes-Gilroy was replaced by Bradley Williams the announcer said "Hereford substitution with number 8 Gilroy replaced by ummm number 8 who could be anyone"

Bradley Williams, at the time a loanee from Cardiff, is the only player from that era currently in Peter Beadle's squad.

Former Hereford United player Dylan Bonella was in the Frome squad.

Last Saturday, when Hereford defeated Weymouth 2-0, Frome played Bishops Stortford and won the game 2-1.

Frome are on a decent run with Saturday's result their fifth win in a row in league and cup games. However it was only their first win at home in the league.

Goalkeeper Kyle Phillips was said to have been their 'star man'.

Frome are 11th in the table whilst Hereford are 7th.

Admission: Adults £10, Concessions £7, Students £3, Under16 Free.
