A special general meeting of AFC Telford United was held this evening and it was decided that their 'Trust' sell their shareholding in the club.

Following the SGM which was excellently attended, a vote was held on the following proposal:
1.
That AFC Telford United Supporters Trust sell their entire shareholding
of 1000 £1 ordinary shares to AFC Telford United Limited
2.
That AFC Telford United be mandated to then issue 5000 £100 ordinary
shares for sale to and purchase by organisations/individuals.
Out of 123 votes, 118 were in favour of the proposal.
