Travel to Tonbridge Next Saturday

Next Saturday Hereford FC are in FA Cup action at Tonbridge Angels which is in Kent.

Here's some information from Tonbridge Angels FC:

Longmead Stadium is an excellent venue to watch football with facilities including; sizable covered terraces behind both goals, nearly 800 seats in the main (West) stand running almost the length of the pitch, plus a comfortable lounge bar and clubhouse serving refreshments.

The well-appointed clubhouse has a good selection of beers, including real ales, and other beverages, snacks are available and people can enjoy watching live televised sports including top-flight football. There are very few pubs in the vicinity, so it is best to get to the ground and enjoy the pre-match build up in the Longmead Lounge.

Admission: Adults £10, Seniors £7, Youth (13 to 17) £4, Under 13's free with Adult or £2.

Travelling to the game.

By Car:  The address is Longmead Stadium, Darenth Avenue, TONBRIDGE, Kent TN10 3JF.
There is a large free car park in the front of the ground.  Turnstiles normally open at 1300.

By Train:

Tonbridge FC suggest one way to go by train is to leave Hereford and travel via Birmingham New Street, Euston, London Bridge and onto Tonbridge. However it's not cheap.

A suitable train leaves Hereford at 8.40am and arrives in Tonbridge at 13.22pm.

Return train could leave Tonbridge 17.49pm and back in Hereford at 22.35pm

It is about half an hour walk from the station to the ground but there is a bus Arriva 219 which goes to Darenth Avenue and on Saturdays its every 20 minutes, or of course there is a taxi rank at the station.

By Coach:

HFC in conjunction with HUST are arranging coach travel to the game as for this game Hereford Awaydays are unable to provide a coach.

The coach will leave Edgar Street at 8.30am and the cost will be £20. Bookings can be made either at the club or online at the official Hereford ticketing website
