With two matches postponed in three days Alvechurch manager Ian Long is getting worried about the weather.
He's concerned that his team's game at Stourport Swifts could be called off next Saturday as the Swift's ground is close to the River Severn.
"You don't want games called off because it's disruptive and means you have more games to play later," Long told the Droitwich Advertiser.
"Stourport play by the River Severn so there's a danger that game could be off too.
"But we'll make sure we prepare as if the game is on.
"All we can do if games are off is to make sure we train really well and stay sharp.
Should the game at Stourport be postponed their next fixture is at Westfields on December 8th. Perhaps a few Hereford FC supporters might swell the crowd that evening.
