Former Hereford United owner Tommy Agombar has joined former Hereford United owner Andy Lonsdale in shedding companies.
Since his failed ownership at Edgar Street, he has seen TA Sports Management Ltd and DMW Sports Consulting Ltd dissolved, and three other companies transferred to other sole Directors including alleged football club creditor Athelston Ltd.
The only company still in Agombar's name is Scrooby Ltd, claimed in the CVA documents to be owed £262,570 by the club, for which he remains the sole Director.
Athelston Ltd is now in the name of Colin Anthony Salt, who is also a Director of AST Green Legal Services. Former Agombar accountant Andrew Green was also a Director of the firm and it is registered to his office address.
