Hereford United majority owner Alpha Choice Finance is to be listed in the London Gazette this week giving notice of the company potentially being struck off.
The company has failed to file it's annual return, due three months ago, and is now proposed for striking off from Companies House - effectively closing the company if they do not catch up and file the return in good time.
They will not be the only company with club links listed with Scrooby Ltd is also to be advertised for the same reason. The company was listed, in the Insolvency Practitioner's report after the CVA vote, to still hold the share in Hereford United but that ownership of the company had passed to Alpha Choice Finance.
Tommy Agombar currently remains the sole Director of Scrooby Ltd according to Companies House.
