News Round-Up

No Bulls in the Team of the Week. Cheltenham, Barnet, Southend, and Torquay all get two players nominated in the League Two side, while ex-Bull Stephen Gleeson is nominated for MK Dons in League One. Truro City have seen two players walk out on the club after two months without wages. Danny Clay and Andy Taylor, both former Exeter midfielder, quit after not being paid since October.

Dagenham have confirmed a three month loan spell for Darlington defender Exodus Geohaghon on a three month loan, and they are also reported to be challenging Bradford for striker Paul Benson, who initially made his name with the Daggers. Meanwhile the Daggers are reported to have agreed a £15,000 fee with Kettering for striker Adam Cunnington, with an initial loan move turning permanent in January.

Struggling Bristol Rovers will be without striker Scott McGleish for at least a month after he twisted an ankle within ten minutes of coming on as a sub at the weekend. The 37 year old is the Pirates' second top scorer this term. Northampton chairman Dennis Cardoza has apologised to fans after Saturday's 7-2 home loss to Shrewsbury. He told supporters he is ideally looking for an experienced head to oversee a rookie manager as his next managerial partnership.

Port Vale say there is money at the club for boss Micky Adams to sign loan players, but he doesn't want to spend it - despite being short on numbers due to an injury crisis.
