News Round Up

No Bulls in the Team of the Week. Ex-Bull Kris Taylor is nominated as a full back for Port Vale, while Burton's Aaron Webster is named for his performance against the Bulls. Three Chesterfield players make the side, as does Shrewsbury defender Graham Coughlan. Another ex-Bull gets into the League One side, with Michael Rose's goalscoring performance for Stockport earning him a nod.

Port Vale have signed Bristol Rovers forward Sean Rigg on loan until January. He was on loan at Forest Green until the weekend, scoring seven times in sixteen games for the Conference side. Meanwhile the Valiant's main sponsors and soon-to-be investors Harlequin Properties are to seek legal action against the Observer newspaper over claims of delays to property deals in a Carribean development operated by them.

York have been warned by the FA after a post-match pitch invasion after their defeat of Crewe at the Kit Kat Crescent. Weymouth have been forced to turn down Chris Ryan's bid for the club after the 'major creditor' - believed to be former owner Malcolm Curtis - made overtures towards an immediate demand for around £250,000 owed to him. They have now accepted George Rolls' offer for the club.
